Returns & Refunds Policy

At KA RV Repair, we are committed to providing quality parts and service. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all components, manuals, and accessories included. Items must also be in their original, unopened packaging. Any product with opened packaging, broken seals, or signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return or refund.

All electronic parts and components are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Additionally, any item that has been opened, used, or installed is not eligible for a refund.

Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe of purchase or delivery. KA RV Repair reserves the right to deny any return that falls outside of this timeframe or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

All approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, where applicable. This fee covers the cost of processing, handling, and inspection of returned merchandise.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued if the item meets all return requirements. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing once the return has been received and approved.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact KA RV Repair as soon as possible so we can work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
