ArmorCoat Paint Protection Coating is a spray-installed RV clear coat bra system designed to protect painted surfaces, ensuring protection in high-wear areas of RVs most prone to chipping and damage.

The factory paint finish on most new RVs is a durable multi-layer finish: primer, colored base coats, and a baked-on clear glossy topcoat. However, these are often applied in layers of only 4–5 mils (4–5/1000 of an inch), making them prone to chipping from gravel or stones. On high-speed impact, thin clear coats can shatter, leaving craters that expose primer or bare metal.

ArmorCoat is spray-installed at a dry film thickness 3–4 times greater than traditional RV clear coats. Areas not to be coated are masked off prior to installation, and ArmorCoat is applied and allowed to air dry.
